摘要: Objective: To present a clinical understanding of the role scapula plays in mechanics shoulder function and specialized techniques for rehabilitation injuries around girdle. Background: The scapular musculature is often neglected evaluation treatment injuries. This lack attention degenerates into incomplete dysfunction. Dysfunction or weakness stabilizers results altered biomechanics can result (1) abnormal stresses to anterior capsular structures, (2) increased possibility rotator cuff compression, (3) decreased performance. Description: We review anatomy scapula, pathomechanics injury dysfunction, scapula. Clinical Advantage: Knowledge how muscles influence at builds strong foundation clinician develop programs shoulder.
