摘要: We describe an approach to creating interactive and animated graphical displays using R’s graphics engine Scalable Vector Graphics, XML vocabulary for describing two-dimensional displays. use the svg() device inR then post-process resulting documents. The post-processing identifies elements in SVG that correspond different components of display, e.g., points, axes, labels, lines. One can annotate these add interactivity animation effects. also JavaScript provide dynamic effects plot, enabling rich user interactions compelling visualizations. documents be embedded within HTML involve code integrates objects. functionality is provided via SVGAnnotation package makes static plots generated viaR functions available as stand-alone, Web other venues.
