摘要: Mucins are synthesised by the goblet cells of small intestinal mucosa and secreted into lumen. Subcellular fractions from rat incorporate glucosamine brush border glycoproteins mucins, which can also be labelled in vivo (Forstner, 1970). Human biopsy samples have been cultured shown to produce mucins (Browning Trier, 1969).
