摘要: The influence of austenitizing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties an Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti maraging stainless steel was investigated. grain size, Laves phase, retained austenite in steels given different solution treatments were observed using optical microscopy, scanning electron x-ray diffraction. Relationships with measured by tensile testing. growth rate relatively slow at temperatures 800-1000 °C then rapidly increased higher temperatures. Low-temperature austenitization augmented retention austenite, fraction which decreased increase temperature. phases, precipitated during 800-900 °C, preserved after quenching. treatment had a significant effect final aging, due to presence phase reducing its strength.
