摘要: In critically ill patients, the right ventricle is susceptible to dysfunction due increased afterload, decreased contractility, or alterations in preload. With use of point-of-care ultrasonography and a decline pulmonary artery catheters, echocardiography can be ideal tool for evaluation guide hemodynamic respiratory therapy. We review epidemiology ventricular failure patients; echocardiographic parameters evaluating ventricle; impact mechanical ventilation, fluid therapy, vasoactive infusions on ventricle. Finally, we summarize principles management context provide recommendations echocardiography-guided management.
