摘要: The hollow fiber-based stirring extraction bar liquid-liquid microextraction was applied to the of hormones, including 17-α-ethinylestradiol, 17-α-estradiol, estriol, 17-β-estradiol, estrone, 17-α-hydroxyprogesterone, medroxyprogesterone, progesterone and norethisterone acetate, in milk. present method has advantages both fiber-liquid phase sorptive extraction. used as microextraction, extractor analytes, which can make extraction, clean-up concentration be carried out one step. When completed, easy isolated from system with magnet. Several experimental parameters, type solvent, number bar, time, speed, ionic strength, desorption conditions were investigated optimized. analytes extract derived determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Under optimal conditions, good linearity observed range 0.20-20.00ng mL(-1). limits detection quantification 0.02-0.06ng mL(-1) 0.07-0.19ng mL(-1), respectively. analysis milk samples, recoveries 93.6-104.6% relative standard deviations ranging 1.6% 6.2% (n=5). results showed that a rapid feasible for determination hormones samples.
