摘要: Publisher Summary Apolipoprotein (apo) A-I is the major protein constituent of human plasma high-density lipoproteins (HDL). It present on bulk HDL particles, isolated from fasting normolipidemic individuals. Accurate measurement apoA-I central to study HDL. Plasma levels correlate well with cholesterol and it has been suggested that may actually be a more accurate predictor cardiovascular risk than cholesterol. In addition, complexes are heterogeneous, respect constituents and, therefore, an determination will aid in elucidation apolipoprotein stoichiometry various distribution among them. Direct quantitation apoA-I, by immunoassay, complicated, variability epitopes apoA-I. This arise either structural differences itself or conformational differences, owing association distinct species.
