摘要: The structure, vaporization behavior and crystallization of CaF2–CaO–Al2O3 slags with different SiO2 contents for electroslag remelting were investigated by employing the TG DSC measurements in conjunction Raman spectroscopy measurement linking macroscopic physicochemical property microstructure information. results show that addition makes depolymerized aluminate units polymerized into fully QAl4 unit Al–O–Al complex structural groups. With content increasing to 6.1 mass%, rate fluoride increases because SiF4 possessing higher vapor pressure is formed can promote formation AlF3. As further increased 8.6 mass%, decreases mass transfer becomes slower. more slag structure resulted from dramatically temperature primary crystalline phase size particles solidified slag.
