摘要: According to the characters of emergency decision-making in crisis management, this paper proposes a special method deal with inadequate information, uncertainty and dynamical trend. This CBR-based decision support retrieves similar cases from Case Base forecasts prior distribution absent feature values using Bayesian Dynamic Forecasting Model. Then result is put into Markov-based state transition matrix order suggested solutions by suitability assist consensus achieving among makers. novel suitable making as it provides for dynamic evolutionary character response.
