All completed self-observation affect scale twice daily. The participants’ activated (ANA) deactivated (DNA) negative revealed important decrease during first week ANA continued until end MBI, whereas DNA showed slight rise before decreasing again last week. Deactivated positive affects increased linearly across while slightly decreased. offers promising insight into how induces changes life.
