摘要: A mathematical model of an enzymatic separating microreactor with the electro-osmotic control reaction component transport rates is analysed. The micro-reactor considered in a form thin channel filled gel containing immobilised enzyme and adsorbent where reaction, molecular diffusion, flux adsorption take place. substrate inhibited splitting non-ionic to two products considered. reactor operates periodic regime, when entry exposed concentration pulses. chromatographic separation components, therefore, proceeds channel. Effects principal operational parameters system—the length, electric current density, inlet concentration, rate adsorption, activity—on resolution at outlet are existence optimum parameter values (maximising products) shown multiparametric optimisation performance accomplished.
