摘要: In order to investigate the direct metabolic effect of nitroglycerin on myocardium, its mitochondrial free radical formation was studied in vitro, using dog heart mitochondria impaired by ethanol. Free concentrations state 4 respiration or ratio 1 used as an index function. were represented ESR intensity. In normal control, intensity increased from 0.115±0.030 (mean±SD) per mg protein 0.178±0.017 (p<0.001). When treated with 10-4M ethanol, other hand, decreased 0.163±0.34 0.137±0.019 (p<0.05). 10-6M nitroglycerin, spite presence 0.124±0.23 0.153±0.024 treatment ethanol (p<0.05), whereas (p<0.001), and these effects prevented The demonstrated more remarkably nitroglycerin. Ethanol reduced 1.65±0.47 control 0.86±0.13 (p<0.001) reduction 1.25±0.23 (p<0.01).It is concluded that impairment induced presumably a membrane-stabilizing action
