Social Capital as a Determinant of Self-Rated Health in Women of Reproductive Age: A Population-Based Study.

摘要: INTRODUCTION: Recognition of the factors related to women's health is necessary. Evidence available that social structure including capital plays an important role in shaping people's health. The aim current study was investigate association between self-rated and women reproductive age. METHODS: This a population-based cross-sectional survey on 770 age, residing any one 22 municipality areas across Tehran (capital Iran) with multi stage sampling technique. Self-rated (Dependent variable), (Independent variable) covariates were studied. Analysis data done by one-way ANOVA test multiple linear regressions. RESULTS: Depending logistic regression analyses, significant associations found educational level, crowding index, sufficiency income for expenses cohesion. Data show higher score cohesion as outcome dimension have better (PV = 0.001). CONCLUSION: Given findings this study, dimensions manifestations (groups networks, trust solidarity, collective action cooperation) can potentially lead outcomes (social inclusion, empowerment political action). Following that, has positively relationship self- rated after controlling covariates. Therefore, it required focus promotion policies.
