摘要: Although human genetic variation (HGV) testing for clinical and research purposes produces much valuable data health care disease control, the knowledge management (KM) capability in this context is seldom reported or studied. We apply organizational KM theories to identify significant issues managing HGV knowledge. also review essential quality of relevant technologies, such as database, analysis tools, search engine, groupware, submission tools Workflow Management System (WfMS). Based on process key activities testing, we propose a system (KMS) approach facilitate flow support cooperative work. By extending integrating architecture designed assist procedures improve documentation quality, increase capture dissemination, cooperation sharing domain.
