摘要: The operating conditions of corona-electrostatic separators, various electroprecipitators, and other similar devices are influenced by the size shape particles which pass through inter-electrode air-gap. presence corona affects movements charge particles, hence modifies breakdown threshold. numerical analysis electric field using a simulation program, enabled crude evaluation effects. Nevertheless, experiments with spherical cylindrical were necessary to fully-understand phenomena. electrode arrangement consisted matrix high-voltage corona-emitting points situated above grounded plate electrode. Both computational results experimental data demonstrated that in air-gaps affected discharges has more important influence on dielectric strength than case charge-free field. >
