摘要: Indies (Dammerman 1925, 1937, Strickland 1945, 1947). Only one piece of research has been done in tropical Africa, and that East Africa (Salt 1952). Apart from the more obvious soil fauna such as termites, ants other microfauna living which have observed by collectors, no observations on West African arthropods made. Nothing is known vertical, horizontal or seasonal distribution variation smaller forms. Work has, therefore, started an attempt to gather some information about particular area Gold Coast, Accra plains. This paper contains results first part this work. It find vertical various groups pasture throughout dry wet season, i.e. December 1953 May 1954.
