摘要: The term’ sympathetic’ was originally used for all visceral nerves, but Gaskell (1886) showed that there were gaps in the autonomic outflow cranial and sacral regions, 1905, Langley demonstrated outflows pharmacologically different from thoracolumbar (sympathetic) system. In his classical book, (1921) considered nervous system to be composed of two main subsystems, sympathetic parasympathetic, he regarded enteric separate these. Both parasympathetic efferent pathways are a chain at least neurons, preganglionic neuron which is located neuraxis postganglionic peripheral ganglion. neurons both systems cholinergic (see Dale, 1937). mainly cholinergic, while adrenergic Bacq, 1934; von Euler, 1956; Campbell, 1970). system, cell bodies sensory non-adrenergic, non-cholinergic inhibitory (purinergic) appear present, with few exceptions, no Burnstock, 1969, 1972; Burnstock & Costa, 1973; Furness 1974).
