摘要: The development of a polarised morphology with multiple dendrites and single axon is an essential step in the differentiation neurons. establishment neuronal polarity directed by sequential activity GTPases Rap1B Cdc42. initially present all neurites unpolarised neurons, but becomes restricted to tip process during where it specifies axonal identity. Here, we show that ubiquitin ligases Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor-1 (Smurf1) Smurf2 are for neurite growth polarity, respectively, regulate Rho hippocampal required restriction neurite. ubiquitinates inactive initiates its degradation through ubiquitin/proteasome pathway (UPS). Degradation restricts thereby ensures neurons extend axon.
