摘要: We review firstly the specificities of different types dentin present in mammalian teeth. The outer layers include mantle dentin, Tomes' granular and hyaline Hopewell-Smith's layers. Circumpulpal forming bulk tooth, comprises intertubular peritubular dentin. In addition to physiological primary secondary formation, reactionary is produced response pathological events. Secondly, we evaluate role odontoblasts their implication synthesis secretion type I collagen fibrils non-collagenous molecules. Thirdly, study composition functions extracellular matrix (ECM) molecules implicated dentinogenesis. As structural proteins they are mineralization promoters or inhibitors. They also signaling Three forms dentinogenesis identified: i) vesicles early ii) some proteoglycans involved formation predentin, further transformed into iii) distal ECM serum contribute
