摘要: Abstract Binary mixtures of ionic liquids (ILs) have been used for developing one-pot systems suitable the direct extraction and biocatalytic transformation algal oil to biodiesel without prior isolation. These were based on combination sponge-like (e.g. 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, [C16mim][NTf2]) with IL 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim][Cl]), taking into account excellent suitability carry out synthesis first one, ability dissolving cellulosic biomass second. The oils was carried by incubating dry microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris or Chlorella protothecoides) in appropriated binary mixture at 110 °C, which after being cooled 60 °C allowed be transformed an immobilized lipase. This resulted a fast efficient synthesis, e.g. up 100% yield 2 h 60 °C. subsequent cooling until room temperature iterative centrifugation resulting semi-solid 20 18 °C led separation liquid algae from solid mixture, recovered reused further operation cycles.
