摘要: In order to make full use of Spatial Data Infrastructures, Sharing (SDS) is essential. Various authors indicate that the attitude both individuals and organizations towards SDS quite often problematic. For various reasons motivations, far from optimal. However, studies on understanding individual as well organizational behavior are in its infancy a challenge for new theory development. The objective this paper shed light interaction between their social culture aspects. A theoretical model proposed. This integrates concepts multiple theories: Theory Planned Behavior, Culture (Grid-Group) Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. relationships within formulated 23 hypotheses. but hypotheses not yet tested at stage research. Knowledge about among derived emerging may provide insights regarding attitudes sharing spatial data.
