摘要: A new method of calculation has been developed to obtain two pKa values from spectrophotometric data in cases when the are so close together that calculations usually applied for individual not appropriate. This technique, which all experimental used solve absorbance monoprotonated species, pKa1 and pKa7 by a “complex” optimization, is more general than classical least-squares method.
