摘要: Six Selenomonas ruminantium strains (132c, JW13, SRK1, 179f, 5521c1, and 5934e), Streptococcus bovis JB1, Bacteroides ovatus V975 were examined for nuclease activity as well the ability to utilize nucleic acids, ribose, 2-deoxyribose. Nuclease was detected in sonicated cells culture supernatants all bacteria except S. JW13 179f cells. able several deoxyribonucleosides, while JB1 B. showed little or no growth on deoxyribonucleosides.
