摘要: Novel Single Input Multiple Output (SIMO) and (MISO) current-mode universal biquad topologies are introduced in this paper. The proposed have been realized by employing low-voltage current mirrors as active elements. As a result, an absence of resistors is achieved the derived filter topologies; also only grounded capacitors required. resonant frequency filters can be electronically controlled appropriate dc current. In addition, offer feature orthogonal adjustment between Q factor. behavior evaluation has performed through test chip prototype fabricated AMS 0.35 μm CMOS technology.
