摘要: Background: Normal pregnancy is thought to be dependent on Th2 deviation, while Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and Pre-eclampsia (PE) appear biased toward the Th1 immune response. It believed that soluble form of CD30 (sCD30) an index response or modulator Th1/Th2 responses. Objective: The aim this study was determination sCD30 level in RPL PE patients. Methods: measured sera a group normal non-pregnant women (N=43) compared with at first (N=42) third trimester. Furthermore, trimester pregnancies were (N=38) severe pre-eclamptic (N=41) patients, respectively. levels by ELISA method student t-test used for statistical analysis. Results: mean significantly elevated as (21.4 vs. 15.2 ng/ml, p<0.0001). A significant difference between concentration also observed 14.3 Interestingly, did not show any changes 20.9 ng/ml) (14.3 13.1 ng/ml). Conclusion: data indicated serum during period associated good correlate responses pregnancy.
