摘要: Gallibacterium anatis causes infections in the reproductive tract of egg-laying hens and induce increased mortality decreased egg production. New prophylactic measures are needed order to improve animal welfare production efficiency. Bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) have previously shown promising results protection against we hypothesized that OMVs could serve as an immunogen protect G. anatis. To investigate immunogenic potential OMVs, two vivo studies were made. The trials assessedthe degree provided by immunization with OMV challenge IgY responses serum after challenge, respectively. Finally, levels OMV-specific sera assayed ELISA. Immunization scores significantly, while remained unchanged. Furthermore, high response induced subsequent hens. strongly indicate provides significant induces specific antibody titers serum. therefore show great promise based vaccines aiming at providing protecting
