摘要: Telecommunication networks across Africa have witnessed the widespread use of mobile technologies to meet demands access basic telecommunication services. With rapid growth these networks, greater are being placed on development wireless in terms efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This paper focuses work currently done a cellular network planning tool that takes into consideration various 'environment' related data influence traditional methodologies. Particular emphasis is utilization so called 'intelligent' algorithms make effective decisions choice optimum values for parameters network. Specific focus made base station placement subscriber characteristic identification capacity planning.
