摘要: Thick films ethanol sensors were prepared. The composition of the electrode was measured qualitatively to consist Ni, O, Al, Mg and Pb. Among these composing elements, it found that only nickel could sense ethanol. Both infrared (IR) spectrum cyclic voltammetry (CV) tests employed investigate its derivatives in sensing reaction. It presented as adsorbed enol group β-ketoaldehyde enols. Besides, both redox between Ni(II) Ni(III), solid-state electrochemical reactions occur this system simultaneously. A linear dependence response current vs. concentration with a detection limit 37 ppm obtained time estimated be 140 seconds system.
