摘要: Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an unconventional process [1], which consists in depositing a thin powder layer on substrate and it under incident beam scanned over the surface. The selective commonly used as method of rapid prototyping parts articles i.e. for production templates by their computer aided design following layer-by-layer manufacturing [1,2]. main requirement to final product accordance between projected geometrical dimensions ones real [3,4]. Such kind SLS application widely industry soon DTM Corp. designed produced several types plants, working at 50 metallurgical companies [5]. Materials are polycarbonates, wax, pure glass-filled up nylon, metals. Ceramic prototypes mixtures containing binder, lowmelting point component (polymer), ceramic powder, high-melting component. Then binder removed burning out air.
