摘要: La heterogeneidad en tamano y densidad de las particulas lipoproteinas baja (LDL) ha originado la definicion dos fenotipos: el fenotipo A, con predominio LDL grandes ligeras, B, pequenas densas, ademas un intermedio AB. Diversos estudios han demostrado que B es altamente aterogenico debido a densas presentan mayor capacidad penetracion pared arterial, afinidad por receptor resistencia al estres oxidativo. determinacion estas o del resultaria interesante, pero complejidad falta estandarizacion los metodos, junto poca consistencia clinicos, hace actualidad esta no deba recomendarse para su uso practica clinica.
