摘要: Abstract The evaporation of materials in ultra-high vacuum leads to the growth thin films on appropriated substrates. In presence an inert gas (pressure above 10 −1  Torr), evaporated lose kinetic energy by collisions with molecules phase and condense form nanometric size crystallites that can be collected substrate as ultrafine powder. present communication, we discuss how film deposition methods modified collect powders instead continuous films. We describe, some examples, use condensation preparation two different types powders. On one hand, CdS nanoparticles have been obtained homogeneous spheres a mean particle 16 nm diameter. This material, applications catalysis optical devices, has characterised UV– VIS Absorption Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy X-ray Diffraction. other magnetic Co also prepared nanostructured average 10 nm. Microscopy, X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy Diffraction used characterise this sample. formation interesting consisting cores covered oxide passivation layer, demonstrated.
