摘要: Abstract This paper presents analytical solutions for the three-dimensional stress distribution around typical concentrators in an isotropic plate of arbitrary thickness. Based on assumption a generalised plane-strain theory, which assumes that through-the-thickness extensional strain is uniform thickness direction, exact solution has been obtained annulus subjected to loading along its edges. Emphasis placed constraint, pre-requisite analysing effect elastic–plastic deformation at notch root. Important results are presented effects and Poisson's ratio in-plane concentration factor out-of-plane constraint factor. By extending theoretical method with non-circular notch, approximate V-shaped having circular tip. The present have shown correlate well numerical using finite element method.
