摘要: Purpose: To investigate the similarities and differences of cellular energy deficiencies due to asphyxia impaired oxidative phosphorylation caused by enzyme using localized 1H-MR spectroscopy brain.Material Methods: In 35 neonates infants with a postconceptional age 36.4–153 weeks, spectra were obtained from basal ganglia. children, 14 served as control group, 12 suffered hypoxicischemic disease (HIE), 9 had congenital enzymatic disorders. Results: Eleven children HIE showed low n-acetyl aspartate (NAA) trimethylamine (TMA) ratios, indicating neuronal damage. Lactate (Lac) TMA ratios correlated grade. Children disorders metabolism NAA/TMA ranging severely decreased normal, but 7 high Lac signals, even in brains normal NAA/TMA.Conclusion: High Lac/TMA deficiencies, contrast that cor...
