摘要: The disinfectant effects on Legionella and nontuberculous mycobacteria of hot water, ultraviolet light, silver ions chlorine, were evaluated. bacterial strains pneumophila ATCC33152 Mycobacterium avium ATCC25291 L. M. which had been isolated from a 24 h bath, examined for their resistance to treatments. All killed within 3 min exposure water at 70 degrees C light 90 mW.s/cm2. tested 6 solution 50 micrograms/l. number viable cells fell 10(5) CFU/ml 10(3) after an aqueous 100 micrograms/l h. Chlorine effectively exposed chlorine 2 mg/l min, but survived 4 more than 60 min.
