摘要: The permeability of lipid and protein microcapsules fabricated by alternating adsorption human serum albumin (HSA) l-α-dimyristoylphosphatidic acid (DMPA) on a template subsequent removal the core is studied as function pH value supplementary layers. capsules were permeable for macromolecules (FITC-labeled dextran, Mw 40 kDa) at 7.4. assembly DMPA bilayers rendered impermeable small hydrophilic molecules such 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-CF).
