摘要: Inter-organisational co-ordination is significant for the effective delivery of planning function because successful preparation and implementation policies controls depend on a number other organisations. This paper presents an analytical framework containing mechanisms dimensions among various interest groups, which are then applied to practice pursued by first development authority India, Delhi Development Authority (DDA). It shown that lack inter-organisational has either slowed down or simply stopped in metropolitan area.
