摘要: Loudness is the primary perceptual correlate of sound intensity. The relationship between intensity and loudness not fixed, can be modified by short-term deprivation or stimulation. Deprivation increases sensitivity, whereas stimulation decreases it. We review effects auditory on central nervous system humans animals, we extend discussion to permanent (hearing loss) pathologies perception. Although there sufficient evidence conclude that modulated in normal hearing listeners temporary stimulation, scanter for hearing-impaired listeners. In addition, cortical humans, which may with coding, are still largely unknown should target future research.
