摘要: Ascent to altitude can cause a number of complaints: acute mountain sickness (AMS), high retinal hemorrhages (HARH), pulmonary edema (HAPE), and cerebral (HACE). Whereas AMS is harmless the importance HARH not completely understood, HAPE HACE are life-endangering complications exposure. The interest in these complaints has increased since more people reaching altitudes trekking mountaineering tourism. Altitude occur nowadays recognized regions all over world. seems be most frequent serious form date than 900 cases have been reported medical literature (1–43).
