摘要: Conventional endotracheal intubation can be a limiting factor in endolaryngeal and surgery. Tubeless jet ventilation overcome this problem provides an unlimited operation field to the surgeon. Since development of first systems, many modifications have been performed are used permanently daily clinical routine.
