摘要: Ethical entrepreneurship and by extension wider best practice are noble goals for the future of tourism. However, questions arise which concepts, such as values motivations, actions challenges underpin these goals. This thesis seeks to answers in so doing develop an applied ethics analysis entrepreneurs The research is situated sustainable tourism, ethically very complex has thus far been dominated economic, social environmental triple bottom line thinking. takes a different approach applying value-behavioural lens entrepreneurship. In doing, focus shifts from impacts consequences towards those that determine entrepreneurship. The originality grounded two-pronged strategy, combining archival methods Personal Construct Theory through process iteration. Both strategies currently underused tourism research. constitutes important methodological contribution. Furthermore, unique set data form Tourism Tomorrow Awards applications judges’ reports enhances findings. Archival was complemented semi-structured interviews with so-called ethical entrepreneurs.
