摘要: Abstract Three-dimensional (3D) flower-like ZnSe microstructures with six petals in excellent symmetry have been successfully prepared by a simple solvothermal route using diethanolamine to control the morphology, and characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) UV–VIS. The formation processes were discussed confirmed carrying out series of controllable synthesis. It was found that played an important role such 3D novel structures. By controlling synthetic parameters, different morphologies obtained. This convenient method may be applicable prepare other chalcogenide semiconductors morphologies.
