摘要: Who should pay for the cost of elder care, when elderly1 themselves cannot? Should government, meaning society as a whole, support expense care? children, who have financial ability, be legally responsible paying costs their parents’ Most people agree that spouses take care each other. However, responsibility other family members, especially adult is not at all clear.
