摘要: The anterior adhesive system of the oncomiracidium and adult Merizocotyle icopae (Monogenea: Monocotylidae) were compared. has one ventrally placed aperture on either side head near extremity. In adult, there are three apertures region. Both systems have types electron-dense secretory bodies opening into each aperture. A rod-shaped secretion (S1) a small electron dense ovoid (S2) common to larvae adults. third type differs: in adults, it is large, spherical (S3) but larvae, an (S4) body. S4 do occur appear be secreted as general body secretion. An additional anteromedian (S5) also present oncomiracidium, not apertures. Homology function secretions discussed.
