摘要: Introduction Recently, consensus on the optimal strategy for resectable synchronous colorectal liver metastases (LM) seems to have shifted toward simultaneous resection. However, there are still relatively few reports about laparoscopic The aim of this study is evaluate outcomes patients who underwent resection. Methods We evaluated 14 resection primary cancer and LM in our hospital from 2004 2012. Patients were selected by matched pair analysis based number (≤4) tumor size (≤5 cm). We divided them into two groups: (Lap-S) group (n = 7) open (Open-S) (n = 7). Clinical oncologic compared between groups. Results The Lap-S significantly older than Open-S patients. mean operative times 472 min 466 min, respectively. blood loss was smaller (153 mL) (496 mL). There no surgical mortality either group. incidence postoperative complications groups 12.3% 33.0%, stay shorter (16 days) (36 days). significant difference long-term survival groups. Conclusion Lap-S had equivalent Therefore, given its technical feasibility safety, may be one most promising options
