摘要: An in-depth case study was undertaken to assess the effects of what Kitwood has termed ‘malignant social psychology’ on observed behaviour an Alzheimer's disease sufferer. Interviews were conducted with spouse and observations made in adult day-care centre, where staff members also interviewed. Abilities that reported be absent at home readily lending support Brody's idea excess disability, i.e. disability not due alone. Furthermore, forms malignant psychology existed environment but did exist centre. Excess its absence coincided presence aspects psychology. The sufferer's found affected only by extant neuropathology, relationships.
