摘要: Collecting duct carcinoma is a rare renal malignant neoplasm, arising from the medullary collecting and accounting for less than 1 % of cell carcinomas. It more common in middle-aged men usually presented with hematuria, abdominal mass back or flank pain. Its immunohistochemical analysis detects expression various markers, such as low high molecular weight keratins, Ulex europaeus agglutinin-1, epithelial membrane antigen peanut lectin. Here, we present case 29-year-old woman CDC pain supraclavicular lymphadenopathy that produced carcinoembryonic CA-125.
