摘要: PURPOSE To present functional and anatomic outcomes of combination therapy with ranibizumab photodynamic (PDT) in a series retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP) cases. METHODS A total 17 eyes patients RAP were included. Thirteen treatment naive 4 already on monotherapy. Combined single-dose PDT was performed all treatment-naive Follow-up every month for 6-38 months, using optical coherence tomography indocyanine green angiography when necessary. RESULTS Overall, 6 out 7 cases stage I or II disease manifested complete angiographic resolution the hot spot single injection plus PDT. In III disease, 10 showed persistent leakage immediately after combined treatment. The rate occlusion found to correlate (p = 0.05). There significant improvement posttreatment BCVA regardless 0.02), which more evident earlier stages. Improvement also greater 0.03). strongly correlated < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS Single-dose modified anti-VEGF may provide long-term regression at initial stages RAP.
