摘要: University teachers' job satisfaction has a constructive role for raising the level of teaching and research, enhancing academic competitiveness, attracting retaining talented people. In this study MUlti-criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) method is employed to measure university in Sfax University. The basic principle MUSA aggregation individual judgments into collective value function, assuming that global depends on set criteria representing characteristic dimensions.
