摘要: Purpose: Muscle insulin resistance is characterized by the inability of a normal concentration to produce favorable rate glucose uptake. The muscle obese Zucker rat highly resistant. purpose this review discuss cellular defects associated with rat, as well mechanisms which exercise training alleviates or compensates for these defects. Emphasis will be given importance an increased GLUT4 expression on alleviating resistance. Methods: A relative research from my laboratory and scientific literature was performed obtain information its response training. Results: results in signaling cascade, limits translocation transporter plasma membrane upon binding receptor. Exercise improves but does not correct translocation. improvement resistance, i.e., transport, correlated protein. Preventing overexpression during inhibit insulin-stimulated transport. Conclusion: increasing GLUT4. This increase protein essential
