摘要: [1] For the first time, presence of quasi 120 day oscillation in neutral winds and temperature at mesosphere lower thermosphere (MLT) region, measured using meteor wind radar over an equatorial station Thumba (8.5°N, 76.5°E) is discussed. The amplitudes as a function height have been established Thumba. origin geophysical parameters MLT heights are discussed terms atmospheric angular momentum, F10.7, Lyman-alpha solar flux nonlinear interactions between annual semiannual oscillations. significance present study lies providing observational evidence for 120 day region discussing possible source mechanisms observed oscillation.
